Delete in the app (immediate)
In the DSH-Fox app on your phone or on your computer, open Settings → DSH-Fox Account → Delete account and confirm by typing your email. Your account and data are deleted right away and you are signed out.
Or request by email
If you can no longer sign in, send an email to contato@centralfox.online from the address registered in your account with the subject "Delete my DSH-Fox account". We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, sign-in data, pairing records, push tokens and any queued encrypted frames.
What may be kept
Purchase and tax records that the law requires us to keep, without further use.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
