Who we are
DSH-Fox (the "App") is provided by Central Fox Tecnologia Ltda, Fortaleza, Brazil. Contact for any privacy matter: contato@centralfox.online.
What the App is
DSH-Fox is a mobile client for your DSH-Fox AI agent running on your own computers. You bring your own AI provider key. DSH-Fox does not sell AI usage and does not process your prompts with an AI model of its own.
Data we process
Account: your email, name, and either a password hash (scrypt) or your Google account identifier when you sign in with Google. Subscription: plan, status, expiry and the store transaction identifiers needed to verify your purchase with Apple or Google (we never receive your card data). Pro plan: pairing identifiers of your computers, a push notification device token, and end-to-end encrypted message frames held in a queue for up to 24 hours when your computer is offline; we cannot read their content. Security logs record events (such as pairing and connection) without message content.
What we do not do
No advertising, no ad or analytics SDKs, no sale or sharing of personal data for marketing, no tracking across apps. The camera is used only to scan the pairing QR code; images are not stored or sent. Notifications are used only for your own agent activity.
Your conversations
In the Basic plan, conversations travel only between the App and your own computers. In the Pro plan, our relay forwards them encrypted end to end. The AI provider you configure processes your prompts under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing
We use Apple and Google to verify purchases and deliver notifications, and hosting providers to run the service. We do not share data with anyone else, except when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and subscription data while your account exists. Queued encrypted frames are removed after 24 hours or when delivered. You can delete your account and data at any time directly in the app, with immediate effect, or by email (see the Delete account page), completed within 30 days. Records required by tax law may be kept for the legal period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example LGPD in Brazil or GDPR in the EU), you may access, correct, port or delete your data and object to processing. Write to contato@centralfox.online.
Children
The App is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger people.
Security
Connections use TLS; relay content is end-to-end encrypted (X25519 and AES-256-GCM); purchases are verified on the server.

We will update this page and its date when practices change.
